Dr. UMESH D. FALAK, PT is Founder and Chief Physiotherapist at Core Concept and one of the driving force behind Core Concept’s success. Dr. Umesh is an expert physiotherapist has more than 13 years of experience in offering physiotherapy solutions for various Musculoskeletal Conditions, Neuromuscular-skeletal Conditions, Cardio-Respiratory Conditions, Diabetic Condition, post-operative conditions & gynecological problems. He is currently working as Consulting Physiotherapist, Prayag Hospital, Pune since 2008 and Sahyadri Hospital Nagar road Pune since 2013. Dr. Umesh likes to keep his knowledge about Physiotherapy up to date by attending and presenting in various conferences.

Mrs. KETKI UMESH FALAK is a TPN Nutritionist at various hospitals and also the Cofounder and Chief Dietitian at Core Concept and one of the driving force behind Core Concept’s success. Known for her expertise in Dietetics among her colleagues, Dr. Ketki likes to explain the diet plan options and the outcome of the various Diet plans to her patients beforehand. She is currently working as TPN Nutritionist, KEM Hospital, Pune since 2009 and Sahyadri Hospital Nagar road Pune since 2013. When not working, Mrs. Ketki likes to spend her time traveling and reading. Mrs. Ketki likes to keep her knowledge in Dietetics up to date by attending and presenting in various conferences. Mrs. Ketki actively involves herself in social forums to educate patients various forms of Diets and Weight Loss options. She also likes to involve herself in various social causes like Pulse Immunization Programs.
